John V. Dunne, M.D., FACS
Medical Director

John V. Dunne, M.D., has practiced medicine in Bradenton for over 30 years, and he is board certified in general and thoracic surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In 2008, the American Board of Phlebology certified him in phlebology, the treatment of veins.

Dr. Dunne was trained in Boston, MA, in laser techniques for blood vessels. In 1989, he became the first physician in the area to use this method of vascular treatment. He began using cutting-edge endovenous laser ablation technologies in 2004. He has treated thousands of patients with excellent results.

Dr. Dunne's success over the years in vein care and cosmetic therapies has enabled him to offer these exciting, advanced medical procedures at the Vein Center at Erasers, voted the best vein treatment center in Manatee County.
   

Maleta Dunne, R.N., C.M.E.
Administrator

Maleta Dunne has 39 years of experience in patient care and oversees the daily operations of the Vein Center at Erasers. She has vast experience as a surgical nurse and assists the Medical Director, Dr. John V. Dunne, with patient evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care. She is trained in laser treatments and vein evaluations. Maleta also serves as Erasers' laser hair removal specialist.
   

Kelley Stiness, R.N., L.E.
Licensed Paramedical Esthetician and Surgical Nurse

Kelley Stiness moved to Florida in 2007 from Rhode Island. Kelley graduated from Rhode Island College with a BA in Sociology and a BS in Nursing. She worked as a Neonatal Nurse at Women and Infants Hospital in Rhode Island for 20 years. Prior to moving to Florida, Kelley worked for two years at a medical spa in Rhode Island. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in January of 2008 as a Facial Specialist. Kelley is experienced in providing our patients with the highest quality, state-of-the-art esthetic services in a relaxing environment.
   

Nikki Tomberlin, RVT
Registered Vascular Technologist

Nikki was born and raised in Riverview, FL. She graduated from Ultrasound Diagnostic School in Tampa in 2001, and she has been a valuable employee at the Vein Center at Erasers since 2000. In 2009, she was certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in Vascular Technology. Nikki is dedicated to providing optimum care and comfort for our patients.
